A Pimm's Cup is the official drink at Wimbledon. Nowadays, you'll also find it served more readily throughout the UK in the summertime.
Pimm's No 1 is the main alcohol base in a Pimm's Cup. It is a type of fortified gin that goes perfectly with fruit, cucumbers, mint and a sweeter mixer. While I prefer my Pimm's Cup with a tart sparkling lemon soda, iced tea, 7UP or ginger ale are other common mixers.
Now that you've mixed up your drink, lets get back to game, set, match!
Enjoy,
Krista
